SEOUL, Feb. 10, 2020 — LG Electronics Business Solutions regrets to announce its withdrawal from participation in retail tradeshow, EuroShop, scheduled to take place in Dusseldorf, Germany from 16 to 20 February 2020.
Following the World Health Organization (WHO)’s declaration that the coronavirus outbreak constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), it is the sincere belief of LG Electronics that the best way to ensure the health and safety of its customers and staff is to follow WHO’s recommendations.
After careful consideration, LG Electronics management has made the decision to refrain from its participation in EuroShop to keep customers and employees safe as rising concerns sweep the international community.
